Health Today Features Sleep Apnea, COPD and Home Oxygen Use
FAIRBURY – The topic for the next Health Today session at Jefferson Community Health Center will be “Sleep Apnea, COPD and Home Oxygen Use” by Rick Tast RN BSN, and Jenn Cox, lead RT, both with Apria.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, Dec. 15, with the program beginning at 12:15 p.m. Please note the change from our regular meeting date! The program is held in the southwing education room. Enter through the door marked “Education Room.”
Anyone interested in invited to join us for this informative program, especially those who have sleep apnea, COPD or use oxygen, or those with family members who do.
Following the program, Apria will offer FREE checks of CPAP and BIPAPs, and answer any respiratory questions from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Southwing Education Room.
Health Today is a free noon-hour program offering health and wellness information to area residents. “Health Today” programs are typically scheduled for the third Thursday of each month.
A light lunch is available at noon for a free will donation. Guests are also welcome to bring a lunch to eat during the program.
